The Ultimate Wellness Gift Guide: 35 Beautiful Gifts for the Mind, Body & Soul
A curated list of intentional, wellness-infused gifts — for the woman who loves ritual, rest, and living beautifully.
If you’re looking for the ultimate wellness gift guide this Christmas, you’ve landed in the right place.
As a meditation teacher and true lover of wellness, personal growth, and the art of living beautifully, I wanted to share the things I’d personally love to be gifted — some I already own, others are on my wishlist, but all have my seal of approval.
This list is for the woman who loves ritual, presence, and beautiful things — the kind of gifts that nourish the body, calm the mind, and add a little magic to everyday life.
So here we have it — all the wellnessy gifts you’ll want to give (and receive) this Christmas.
For the one who loves to journal
Rhodia A5 Lined Notebook
I bought this notebook at the beginning of 2025, and I’ll be purchasing another for 2026. Rhodia is a French brand known for its exquisite paper stock — every aspect feels elegant and considered. True Parisian quality.
Horizon GS01 Ballpoint Pen
I’ll never be the person who spends $1000 on a pen — it would inevitably end up in the kids’ art cupboard — but I do think it’s worth having one that feels special in your hand. The Horizon GS01 features a needlepoint Parker G2 style gel-refill with an incredibly fine and precise tip. It’s also surprisingly affordable.
Papier Groove Rollerball Pen
Another excellent pen option that won’t break the bank. This one from Papier has a lovely weight and ribbed texture for grip. A more feminine option for those who want something beautiful and practical.

For the one who loves an edible indulgence
Lovers Box by Loco Love
I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t adore a box of Loco Love chocolates. They’re decadent yet guilt-free — the ultimate after-dinner treat. And the packaging is truly exquisite.
Imbibe Beauty Renewal
On a recent stay at Swell Byron Bay, I was served the most delicious non-alcoholic welcome drink — a mix of berry, coconut, probiotics and sparkle. The secret? Imbibe’s Beauty Renewal. I immediately bought two bottles: one for myself, and one to gift. Think Aperol Spritz meets berry mocktail, and actually good for you.
Par Olive Matcha
For fellow matcha lovers, this is my favourite blend — smooth, gently sweet, perfectly balanced.
This Is Vedema Extra Virgin Olive Oil - The Kween
Produced in the area of Ancient Olympia in the Peloponnese, the groves are cultivated only with organic and biodynamic methods and always cold pressed moments after being collected. The Kween’s taste profile is spicy, fruity and slightly bitter — perfect for salad dressings, hummus and homemade pesto. I already know who I will be gifting this too.
For the one who loves Ayurveda
Copper Tongue Scraper
I’ve used a tongue scraper for over a decade and will never go back. It’s an essential Ayurvedic ritual that helps remove bacterial build-up and promotes oral health. Copper is my go-to.
Dr Stolberg Rest & Digest Tea
This is my absolute ride or die Ayurvedic Tea. A streamlined formula made with organic coriander and cumin to support digestion and eliminate bloat. I have a cup of this after my main meal in the evening and it is so soothing on my tummy (whilst also being delicious). You’ll want to order yourself a box at the same time!
What to Eat for How You Feel
This Ayurvedic cookbook is a staple in my home — 100 seasonal recipes that are as delicious as they are nourishing.
Plants, Clay & Fire by Cade Mcconnell
Another beautiful Ayurvedic-inspired cookbook — grounding, sensory, and full of warmth. I return to it often for both the recipes and the storytelling.

For the one who loves something a little bougie
Astier de Villatte Incense Holder
This isn’t just any incense holder. Astier de Villatte is a historic Parisian ceramics atelier that creates some of the most beautiful pieces in the world. I treated myself to this one recently, and it now sits proudly on our marble console — delicate, timeless, utterly chic.
Chrome Incence Holder by Gentle Habits
Another beautiful incence holder — this one made from heavyweight chrome (reminds me of my Tiffany & Co Bean Necklace). I love the organic shape. For the woman who prefers a modern aesthetic.
Astier de Villatte Incense
Since purchasing a box, I rarely use anything else (aside from my beloved sandalwood for Puja). Every scent feels intentional, luxurious, and steeped in history. My favourites are Opéra and Villa Medicis.
R+D Lab Tuccio Carafe Millerighe
R+D is an Italian design studio known for crafting some of the most exquisite glassware — and this carafe is one of my personal favourites. I love filling it each morning and keeping it on my desk as I work. It turns something as simple as drinking water into a small, daily ritual — one that feels quietly luxurious and beautifully intentional.
For the one who loves a gadget
Bon Charge Blue Light Blocking Clip Light
I just bought this as a stocking stuffer for my husband. I may have added one to cart for me too! Perfect for evening reading without disrupting melatonin levels or sleep quality.
Shakti Acupressure Mat
How I’ve gone this long without one, I’ll never know. A home wellness essential said to mimic the benefits of acupuncture — relaxation, tension release, and deep rest.
For the one who loves a home spa moment
Goop G.Tox Dry Body Brush
The ultimate pre-shower ritual. Perfect for lymphatic drainage and boosting circulation. I’ve tried many, and this one remains my favourite.
Osea Undaria Algae Body Oil
My holy grail body oil — non-toxic, nutrient-rich, and infused with seaweed. It smells heavenly and feels like a true post-bath indulgence.
Osea Undaria Algae Body Butter
The sister to the oil, and equally divine. Whipped shea butter, ceramides, and undaria algae for the silkiest, most hydrated skin. I layer this on top of the body oil.
Lui Razor
The most beautiful razor on the market. For the woman who values functionality, yet wants her shower to look like a chic Mediterranean hotel. Lui’s five diamond-sharp blades, enclosed in a moisturising Vitamin E cushion, make for an exceptionally close shave while also rehydrating the skin. This bundle would be my pick.
Sandor Scalp Gua Sha
The most exquisite scalp massager I’ve come across. Made of Bian Stone, which contains up to 40 trace minerals — studies have shown that the stone releases infrared waves which help ease inflammation and promote circulation, making it the perfect material for a scalp Gua Sha. Please Santa?!
Jade Gua Sha by Danna Omari
Now onto gua sha for the face. This one is pricey but worth it. It’s the holy grail of gua shas and I don’t say that lightly (I’ve owned mine for a couple of years). If you’re after a more affordable option, this one looks like a good alternative.
Cymbiotika Magnesium Spray
This magnesium spray is elite. It’s also infused with lavender, making it the perfect pre-sleep ritual. I spray mine every evening, under my feet and over my belly.
Sandor Scalp Gua Sha
For the one who loves movement
Alo Warrior Mat
My go-to mat at home — durable, non-slip, and beautifully minimal.
Club Martyn Pilates Grip Socks
Founded by my friend Christine, these are hands-down the best pilates socks out there — chic, supportive, and practical. Perfect stocking filler.
Bahe Flow Bands Combo
Sleek, simple, and travel-friendly. Ideal for adding resistance training to your daily movement and I love the autumnal colour palette. These are also a great option.
Bahe Silicone Ankle/Write Weights
The chicest hand and ankle weights on the market — beautiful design meets function. Another great stocking stuffer.
For the one who loves a cosy night in
Skims Robe
You simply can’t go wrong. Whether it’s the Soft Lounge or the Flannel Robe, everything from Skims feels indulgent and soft against the skin.
Wilson & Dorset Sheepskin Slippers
I bought these in Arrowtown, New Zealand earlier this year and they’ve become my home essential. Lightweight, warm, and so luxurious. Also lightweight enough for travel.
Posie Kin Candle
My current candle obsession: Kin. I burn it on weekends as a small ritual of rest — sandalwood, bergamot, and violet leaf. Heaven.
Posie Kin Candle
For the one who loves to read
The Guide to Becoming Alive by Flamingo Estate
I gifted this book to myself while developing The Intentional Life Process. It’s part manifesto, part interview series — a beautiful reminder of what it means to live expansively and well.
The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer
The most accessible, insightful book on consciousness I’ve ever read. A must for every spiritual seeker.
Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life
A small but mighty book on longevity, joy, and meaning. It’s a timeless read.
Loving What Is by Byron Katie
This is Byron Katie’s classic on inner peace. Her method, “The Work,” is a four-question process that helps dissolve stressful thoughts and find calm. I’ve adored her work for a very long time and often dip back in when I feel the need to refresh.
In Summary
Whether you’re shopping for a wellness devotee or simply want to give gifts that nourish the soul, I hope this list sparks inspiration. Each item is chosen with care — not just for how it looks, but for how it makes you feel.
Because the most beautiful gifts aren’t just things — they’re experiences of presence, comfort, and joy.
With love,
Elise 🤍
